NOTE: Brush Unit 726 was recently pulled out of service by the officers due to a number of safety concerns. JTFD#1 will begin discussions with the township for a suitable replacement. 726 served a temporary purpose much longer than expected and the members who basically restored her from the frame on up in 1997 will be sad to see it go -- and amazed that the wiring never caught on fire! (OK, only once...)

Brush 726 responds from the Main Firehouse. This former U.S. Military surplus was converted to fire service and refurbished from the ground up by company members during the summer and fall of 1997.

  • 1 1/2” preconnected hand line
  • full complement of brush and forestry tools
  • 4 Indian backpack tanks
  • hi-band State Forest Fire radio

726 is also equipped to tow the boat trailer and ice-rescue sled.
